I am going to try to update my gallery with my artwork more often. I participated in an art show recently and that has gotten me motivated again. Well, that and meeting a new friend.

Working on the show let me get to know a fellow artist better and he has really inspired me to get creative. I love his work and had I the money I would have bought some of his work at the show.

When I moved four years ago, I left my best friend behind. We had grown apart since high school because we went to different colleges and didn't have the time to hang out together like we once did. Moving made keeping in touch all the harder. I miss her and it wasn't until I got up here how much she was a muse to me.

I look at all the sketchbooks I filled in junior high and high school and compare them to the few I have done recently and it saddens me. While Tyler is no Katy, he seems to be a good stand in muse for the moment.
